Production costs, in the first case, and distribution channels, in the second, were seriously affected by the health emergency, and logistics companies became their lifesavers. The mobility market in apps has grown exponentially in recent years in Mexico, diversifying services ranging from delivery to business logistics, where product deliveries are facilitated, in what is known as “the last mile”.
These trends have been joined by traditional transport companies that, in a few months, have had to improve their efficiency to respond to an unexpected demand.
