The warehouse is the place where we manage the goods and materials.
The functions of the warehouse can be different depending on the type of organization, but the most common are:

The most common function of a warehouse is to act as a storage space for inventory items, equipment or others. Inventory warehouses often contain a large number of shelves or storage containers and may have a computerized tracking inventory system to assist in tracking the items contained in the warehouse.
Some warehouses may contain inventory and equipment for multiple businesses, sharing storage space to reduce overall storage costs.
The warehouses can function as a shipping center, receiving shipments and how to hold the items until they are loaded onto other trucks and sent elsewhere. Depending on the company that operates the warehouse, the shipping center can meet the needs of an individual company or receive shipments for multiple companies.
